The following is a list of resources that can assist you in finding Vision evaluations in your area.
 

	Community Health Centers Inc.
	Provides screenings for children of all ages and accepts most types of insurance including Medicaid, Medipass, HMOs, PPOs, and others.

	A statewide computerized resource and referral system for services available in the child’s area.

	Florida Diagnostic & Learning Resources System (FDLRS)
	A statewide resource network funded by the FL Department of Education for children in Orange, Seminole, Lake, Osceola and Sumter counties.

	Jeppesen Vision Quest, Inc.
	Provides free eye exams and glasses for children meeting specific criteria. Referrals are made by a school counselor, nurse, or vision screener.

	Provide free screenings for children age 3-5 residing in Orange County.
