The following is a list of resources that can assist you in finding Vision evaluations in your area.

Provides screenings for children of all ages and accepts most types of insurance including Medicaid, Medipass, HMOs, PPOs, and others.

  Jeppesen Vision Quest, Inc.
Provides free eye exams and glasses for children meeting specific criteria. Referrals are made by a school counselor, nurse, or vision screener.
