Early Learning Coalition
of Osceola County
The Early Learning Coalition
of Osceola County is committed to serving as a
resource for the families and early educators within
Osceola County.
Through
collaboration, our Coalition uses an integrated
service system linking decision makers, families,
early learning providers and business leaders
together to make certain that all of the young
children living in our community receive the care
and enriching learning opportunities they need to
succeed in school and later in life.
Services
for Families
Our
Coalition administers Florida's
Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) Program in
Osceola County and provides
School Readiness Assistance to eligible families
through Community Coordinated Care for Children,
Inc. (4C). We also oversee the delivery of
Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R)
services that provide families with individualized,
non-biased child care referrals to child care
centers, family child care homes, VPK programs,
summer camps, school-age programs, Head Start and
Early Intervention
facilities.

Services
for Providers
Our Coalition
recognizes how important early learning providers
are in the lives of children within our communities.
We are here to assist early educators in reaching
the highest standard of early care and education.
Through partnering with the Coalition, early
learning providers can receive
professional development trainings at little or
no cost,
mini grant
and scholarship opportunities,
program
enhancement
resources,
and the opportunity to be involved in the
development and implementation of meaningful
initiatives through the
Provider Advisory
Council.
