In an effort to support our Hispanic community, the Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County is currently seeking volunteers fluent in the Spanish language to perform translation of our website and other Coalition documentation.

Event Volunteers

The Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County coordinates and participates in exciting events to benefit children, families and child care providers in our community.  Event Volunteers are needed to help coordinate activities and to assist with different functions as needed.

Volunteer Coordinator

The Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County is currently seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to help recruit and manage volunteers for different Coalition needs and functions; conduct new volunteer orientations; network with community organizations; and assist in coordinating volunteer appreciation events.

Materials Transport Volunteer

 The Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County is seeking a Materials Transport Volunteer with a truck and dollies that can assist the Coalition staff in transferring early education materials from one location to another in preparation for events.

Communications Volunteer

One of the goals of the Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County is to continually inform the Osceola County child care providers of new initiatives implemented to improve the quality of child care; meetings, conferences and training opportunities; as well as meeting decisions and newly approved policies.  We are currently seeking a Communications Volunteer to manage providing this information through various avenues including phone, fax and mail.

Speaker Bureau Coordinator

In an effort to increase awareness and knowledge of the financial impact of school readiness on business development and growth, the Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County is currently seeking a Speaker Bureau Coordinator to assist in the development of training/presentation materials; help coordinate speaking opportunities within the community; and recruit/train Speaker Bureau volunteers.

Speaker Bureau Volunteers

The Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County is currently seeking Speaker Bureau Volunteers to make presentations that will help raise awareness of early education and care issues and provide involvement opportunities on behalf of the Coalition to various civic, not-for-profit, and community organizations.

Program Evaluation Coordinator

In an effort to effectively measure the success of our programs and identify areas of improvement, the Coalition is seeking a Program Evaluation Coordinator to implement early learning program evaluation activities including focus groups with parents and/or child care providers; coordinate program survey mailings; compile survey results; and other functions as identified.

VIP Program Liaisons

In an effort to effectively identify opportunities within our community, the Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County is seeking VIP Program Liaisons to coordinate with Coalition staff to determine the greatest needs of our child care providers and actively network within the community to generate donations of identified items from local community businesses.

Advertising & Marketing Volunteer

The Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County is actively seeking an Advertising & Marketing Volunteer that will work in cooperation with other members of the Board to determine the marketing, communication and PR needs of the organization. In addition to this, he/she will create and execute a marketing plan to inform and educate the community about The Early Learning Coalition of Osceola County.  Specific responsibilities include: defining marketing goals and strategies; developing a marketing plan; creating marketing materials for various community groups; writing articles and/or press releases; creating and maintaining a marketing calendar; coordinating marketing events; and evaluating marketing effectiveness.
