Through a collaboration with the School District of Osceola County, Community Coordinated Care for Children (4C) and Head Start, the Coalition is planning a 2nd year of having a prominent booth at this community event sponsored by School District of Osceola County.  With over 350 children and families participating in the our booth activities,  the Coalition is able to educate parents on the importance of recognizing and selecting quality child care, provide community resources, provide information on the VPK Program as well as answer a multitude of questions.  Early child care providers are able to sponsor booth activities highlighting the seven (7) domains of the VPK Performance Standards.  A scavenger hunt makes this event interactive for children and educational for parents while encouraging the completion of activities supporting all seven (7) domains.  We would like to expand this event to include more media coverage and offer more activities for parents and children to enjoy.  Sponsorships needed for this event include the underwriting or donation of children's books for giveaways, craft activity materials, printing of early education materials, and activity volunteers to help "manage" children's activities.  Sponsors will be publicly advertised at the event.  Don't miss this great opportunity to participate in a well-known Osceola County event and gain exposure for actively supporting education!

Early Educator Conferences & Seminars

Since 2003, the Coalition has been providing conferences and seminars to early educators that are affordable and conveniently located.  Each year we offer opportunities for early educators to network, learn, and experience new products, services and materials.  The themes and focus of our events are diverse, and so are the opportunities to reach early educators and event attendees with your message.  We would like to expand our events through targeted keynote speaker engagements at prime locations available to all child care providers throughout the Central Florida region.  We are looking for sponsors to underwrite or donate conference costs such as food, presenter fees, etc.; printing costs; door prizes; and conference volunteers for preparation and/or participation in this event.  All sponsors will be publicly advertised at the event.  Don't miss this great opportunity to advertise your support of education to child care providers throughout Central Florida.

"Helping Children Learn" Newsletter to Parents

"Helping Children Learn" contains advice and information that's relevant to preparing children to begin school eager and ready to learn.  In an effort to enlist parents as educational partners and to support our Hispanic community, we would like to begin offering the "Helping Children Learn" newsletter in both English and Spanish.  We are currently seeking sponsors that can help us expand this publication in Spanish to reach the Hispanic families within Osceola County and anticipate needing $6,000 annually to fund the printing and monthly mailing cost of this expansion.  Don't miss this great opportunity to advertise in this publication and to gain exposure for actively supporting parent involvement and early education!
